Growing Jersey’s creative community
Under One Roof is a proposed creative hub designed to bring Jersey's creative industries together. A place to connect, collaborate and grow.
Planning Application
Under One Roof is a proposed creative hub for Jersey, with plans to transform the former Amaizin Maze Playbarn into a space supporting the island’s creative community.
Our planning application sets out the proposed changes to the building and how the space could be used to bring together creative workspaces, exhibition opportunities, events and community activities.
We believe in being open about the process and sharing the journey as it develops. You can explore the application, view the plans and read more about the vision behind the proposal below.
The vision
To create a place where creatives can work alongside one another, share ideas, build meaningful connections and unlock new opportunities through collaboration.
More than a workspace, Under One Roof is about strengthening Jersey's creative community and creating an environment where creativity can thrive.
The project is currently progressing through the planning process, and we're excited to share the journey as it develops.
